ABOUT THE PROJECT

I was privileged to photograph HUB Tampa by Core Spaces. The shoot aimed to generate both architectural and lifestyle images and videos over the course of 5 days.

Located in Tampa, Florida , a new 595,000 SF off-campus student housing building called HUB Tampa is amazing! The project includes 373 units that range from Studio to 5 bedrooms with 12,000 SF of indoor amenities, 11,000 SF rooftop pool deck and a 245,000 SF parking garage. The project was designed to increase student interaction and take advantage of the natural climate. Balconies face landscaped courtyards with additional shared resident amenities.

Photographing AWE Ranch was an extraordinary experience, as this 7,500 sq. ft. property nestled within 358 acres of California’s mountains and desert is as much a work of art as it is a destination. Just minutes from Joshua Tree, the ranch’s innovative design—crafted for artists, creators, and visionaries—challenged me to capture its harmony with the surrounding landscape and its ethos of sustainable, off-the-grid living. From the interplay of light across its modern architecture to the vast, inspiring views, every frame was an opportunity to showcase a property that truly embodies creativity and connection with nature.
